Creating and designing amazing vehicles every day, Ford engineers are the rock stars of the automotive world! Now, Ford is teaming up with some real rock stars for a good cause.
According to a Ford press release, Ford and Foreigner are teaming up in the Rock Then Roll 4 UR School initiative.
The Rock Then Roll 4 UR School is a way for Ford to support musical education institutions. It’s also a chance for lucky choir students to sing with legendary rock band Foreigner.
As part of the initiative, local high school choirs can submit a video of them singing a Foreigner song. The band will then examine the videos and select one choir to sing with the onstage. The winners also receive up to $6,000 for their program.
“We are delighted to partner with such an iconic and influential band like Foreigner to provide support and visibility for high school choir programs,” said Tracy Magee, Ford experiential marketing manager, in the release, which includes a complete list of stops for the program.
